This picture was taken from our observatory in the mountains of Sulitjelma a winter night, March 2024. The Rosette Nebula is an emission nebula and is located in our galaxy, the Milky Way in constellation Cassiopeia.
The light captured in this photo began its journey approximately 5,400 years ago.
